Ingredients
Method
- Preheat your oven to 170 degrees (fan bake)
- In a medium sized bowl, mix together the butter, sugar and custard powder. Continue to mix until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Add the flour and oats. Mix together roughly and then use your fingers to bring everything together, making various sized clumps as you go.
- Place the crumble mixture in the fridge while you prepare your feijoas.
- Place your feijoas, lemon juice and sugar into a small bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the feijoa mixture into a medium sized oven safe baking dish.
- Bake your feijoa mixture for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle your crumble mix over your baked feijoas, making sure to cover the surface evenly. Return the dish to the oven and bake for a further 30 minutes.
- When your feijoa crumble is ready the crumble will be golden and cooked through and the feijoas will be bubbling around the edges.
- Serve immediately with a drizzle of cream, custard or ice cream.
