Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Method
 

  1. Prefreeze your ice cream maker base for 24 hours.
  2. Whisk all of your ingredients together in a small bowl.
  3. Pour your prepared mixture into your ice cream maker and churn for 30 - 45 minutes. When it is ready, your frozen yoghurt will resemble soft serve ice cream.
  4. Eat now or scoop into a plastic container and store in the freezer.
  5. Use within 3 months.
