Giant chocolate chip cookies for 2

Ingredients
  

  • 40 grams butter melted
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup small chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 150 degrees fan forced and line a small baking tray with baking paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine together the melted butter, brown sugar and vanilla.
  3. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix together. The mixture will be a little bit crumbly and rough.
  4. Turn the mixture out onto a clean benchtop and use your hands to bring the dough together a little better.
  5. Seperate the mixture in half and form into two balls. Press slightly and shape into disks about 1.5-2cm thick.
  6. Place the formed cookies onto your prepared baking tray.
  7. Bake for 18 minutes or until the edges are golden.
