Hot Chocolate Jelly

Ingredients
  

Jelly
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 2 teaspoon gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 Tablespoon cocoa
  • 190 g sweetened condensed milk 1/2 can
Toppings
  • Whipped cream optional
  • Marshmallows optional

Method
 

  1. Place the cold water into a medium sized bowl and sprinkle over the gelatin, mixing occasionally. Allow the gelatin to bloom for about 5 minutes.
  2. Sieve the cocoa on top of the bloomed gelatin.
  3. Pour over the boiling water and whisk well to combine
  4. Pour in the sweetened condensed milk, whisking constantly.
  5. Once all of the ingredients are well combined, pour the mixture into your chosen mug leave a little space at the top of the mug for your toppings. This will make enough for 2 small mugs or 1 larger mug with a bit leftover.
  6. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  7. Top with whipped cream and marshmallows to serve
