Method
- Preheat your oven to 160 degrees and line your muffin tray with paper cases
- In a medium sized bowl, cream your butter and sugar together
- Mix your eggs through one at a time. Mix until well combined.
- Add everything except your blueberries into your bowl and mix till just combined.
- Fold through the blueberries until they are roughly speckled thought
- Scoop your batter into muffin cases and bake for 25 minutes or until they are golden on top and cooked through
