Rice Bubble Slice

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 50 g honey
  • 125 g rice bubbles

Method
 

  1. Line a large baking dish with baking paper.
  2. Pour your rice bubbles into a large bowl.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter together with honey and sugar on a medium heat.
  4. Simmer for about 2 minutes stirring occasionally.
  5. Pour your sugar syrup on top of the rice bubbles.
  6. Mix together quickly making sure to ensure the rice bubbles are evenly coated.
  7. Pour out in to your lined baking tray and spread out evenly.
  8. Place into the fridge for at least 30 minutes before cutting.
