Ingredients
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius.
- Place your flour, 4 TBs sauce, 4 TBs water and 2 TBs oil into a bowl and mix until everything is well combined.
- Knead the dough on a clean bench top until the dough forms a smooth ball.
- Cut the dough in half and roll each piece out between 2 sheets of baking paper. Roll the dough as thin as you can for nice crispy crackers.
- Once you have rolled the dough out thinly, remove the top sheet of baking paper (leaving the dough on the bottom sheet). Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut your crackers into bite size pieces.
- Transfer sheets of cut crackers the crackers onto 2 baking tray before brushing on your topping.
- Combine the remaining 1 TBs of sweet chilli sauce and oil in a small cup. Use a pastry brush to brush the topping all over the surface of your crackers.
- Bake for 16 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Remove the crackers from the oven, leaving them on the tray until they have cooled fully. Store your cooled crackers in an airtight container or divide them into small snap lock bags for easy snacking.
